PLMXML Import of Electrical Stock Weight

Hi. I am using NX 8.0.3 MP8 Routing Electrical. We are importing a PLMXML from an outside schematic tool. The schematic tool assigns cable part numbers and correctly exports each cable OD. The cable OD is directly imported into NX. I wish to import the weight of the stock as well.

What is the correct syntax to bridge in weight in the PLMXML. The data dictionary talks about a 'linear_density' constant but that is not mapped in the PLMXML schema and when I try it in the XML import, it seems to be ignored.
