Plot command brings up fatal error

Hi All,

Iam using windows 64 bit and NX 4.0.4.2 MP3... When I login and open a drawing and fire the plot , fatal error message is displayed and crashs the NX session... I have admin rights on the system.. But when my collegue logs into the same system and tries to plot he can do that without any problem.. Bit confused on this behaviour.. Can any one suggest whats going on with the installation...

There's probably not enough info to do better than guess. Your user profiles may be the only thing that differs. Anything associated with that would be the first thing to check. Have you both got the same printers installed. Do you have different customer defaults files, (backup yours copy his and check).
