Hello All, I am fairly new to Acad.

I just hired in at a new job and need some help plotting multipe files.

Forgive me if some of my terminalogy is off. Here is what I want to do......

I have a file with several Acad drawings in it and would like to print or plot them all at the same time without having to do one at a time. I think this is possible, I am using Acad Mechanical Desktop 2005.

I tried to search this but I didn't really knnow where to start or to even ask. Thanks for any help or leadership

Now, do you have one AutoCAD file that has multiple layouts or a folder that has multiple files that need printed?

If its the later of the two then goto: file, publish.

Here you can do a batch plot, you just have to add the files that need printed.

If you have a AutoCAD file that has multiple layouts to print, rmc on one of the layouts and choose select all layouts then rmc on one of the layouts and choose publish selected layouts.

Hope this helps.
