Hello Sir,
I need your help.

I am trying to plot the stress-strain curve for a specified set (S33-LE33), however it seems that abaqus can extract these stresses and strains for a limited number of elements, in other words, if the number of elements exceed a certain limit, abaqus can not extract them, and this is my problem.

Actually i know how to extract these field variables (S33-LE33) and combine them for a small model by creating a field output and operate on it. However i do not know how to do it for a big model.

Can somebody teach me or share his experience with me.

Please help me, i am a new user of abaqus.
Thank you in advance.

I guess you are referring to Abaqus/Viewer. If you plot any variable for too many elements/nodes, yes, Viewer will freeze. However, that is true for most programs (not just FE code GUIs). What that really says is you are doing something that is unnecessary/irrelevant/incorrect/ etc. You have to be able to figure out a better way to presenting your data. For example, extract the data into a text file. Or, perhaps, plot the reaction force vs. displacement for a node that are kinematically coupled to a larger set of nodes and by appropriate algebraic manipulation you get your stress-strain curve in a given simplified deformation.
