File\Print\ Select "Selection" under the Print Range area. Located in the lower left hand side of the Print menu.

File, Print. Click on the "Selection" radio button in the Print range section at the lower LH corner of the Print dialog. You will see a gray box at the lower LH of the drawing. You can drag the selection box to suit. There will also be a dialog allowing you to change the size of this selection box. The contents of the box will print.

Sorry I have no selection radio button or a print range area in my pop up for the printer! Using a HP laser printer capable of 11x17 prints.

If you don't see this then you have a problem with your SW and you should call your VAR. This has been here since SW came out or as long as I can remember. It doesn't matter what printer you are using. These menu's come standard in SW.

When you click File\Print - what do you see? You should see a menu that contains this -See Below

The "selection" is circled. Once you highlight that you click OK and then you will get the window.
