Plotting Normal and shearstresses along a path that is 45° shifted to the coodinate system

Hey Everyone,
i try to plot the normal and the shearstresses along a path but the path is at an 45 degree angle towords the coodinate system. i tought about rotation the beam but in the future the path should be curved and therefore i need an alternative way.

Recommended for you

You would have to transform the results to a local (user-defined) coordinate system. It can be cylindrical as well.

For more advanced cases you could use non-default material orientations.
