I have red many posts referring to fractures / failures (visible or non-visible) in pipes without any reasons, actually the main reason for pipe failure is the hammer action (water shockwave) which will multiply the pressure in a random section of the pipe causing failures, this phenomenon is always happens but only the weak parts (zones) of the pipe wall will fail due to manufacturing defect as it is the weakest point thus pressure will escape from.

So, it is really water shockwave that causes failures in pipes. I'm also experiencing this problem now. Thanks for reasoning out!
