PMI Dimensioning

Is there anyone using PMI dimensioning for inspection. Rapidform XOV reads in NX primative .prt file and reads the PMI dimensions. The rapidform XOV then takes the CAD model and PMI dimensions and automatically measures a scanned part in .stl format. Then it creates a complete report. Is there anyone doing this. Or that can help me set up the PMI dimensions correctly in NX so Rapidform XOV can read it properly.
