HI experts ,
I have a problem with pmma part , that is about some "Air trap" , some are inside and some are at surface and I preheat the resin perfectly ,
now how Should I adjust setting such as : Speed , press and time of Injection ,charging ......

Is the material dry.

Are you sure it is air trap and not contraction void.

Without seeing the part and fault, I will take a SWAG at it just for fun.

Try injecting fairly slow with a fairly warm mould, use as much pressure as you can without causing flash. Make sure the gate and runner are big enough.

Hold up injection pressure until you get no more weight gain from extra time.
