pnematic belt tensioner

I am looking for a design for a pneumatic belt tensioner for a belt conveyor, does any one know who makes one or have seen one in use? This is for a simple yet high speed conveyor (700 fpm) with light load but high tension belt.

These folks have a hydraulic tensioner, they may have a pnuematic unit as well.
