I have a small blower that is taking coal dust from a rotary airlock and blowing it into a bunker. I know blower hp, rotary airlock rpm, blower rpm, cfm, pressure, density of coal dust, and conveying line size. Is there a way I can calculate/estimate performance?

Thanks.

It is, but will take you a long time if you want to do it yourself. There is a lot of literature available on pneumatic conveying but you probably need a solution yesterday, so it would be a good idea to find a specialist for the problem.

It's probably a side step from what your asking, but anyway.
Make sure that you purge the conveying line with Nitrogen. Also make sure that you have an adequete earthing on the whole system to prevent any static elektricity. It will prevent you from dust explosions and fire.
