I have a really off-the-wall design for which I am researching various actuation methods. One thing I am looking for is a tube which could be pressurized and have the end expand axial approx. 0.080". The basic way to picture it would be a push-to-connect air tube, connected to pressure on one end, with a balloon sealed to the other end.

Are there any commonly available products/devices that are like this? I looked into balloon catheters, but they all seem to have a short "tip" past the balloon portion, which would prevent a linear expansion.

May I ask the application of the tube with the expanded end.
