Hello ICRH,

Try this:
As is indicated this is a replaced model. Common for this kind of diversified instrumentations used as 'additionals' for valve controls is that they are often supplied from actuator suppliers, air equipment suppliers and other 'non manufacturors' of the product. Very often documentation is incomplete, not supplied, or if found - integrated for several models and possible additional equipment and use, and not easily read.

In additional positioners can be very complitated to clean and recalibrate, and in addition new models open for additonal features.

Advice: try to find original supplier and/or buy new. If the unit is failing it might be a simple fault, or on the other end the failure might be in the 'downstream' unit (actuator and/or valve). Consider buying complete new ready calibrated unit together with complete new valve/actuator?
