Pneumatic templates for Word

I am interested in drawing pneumatic circuits in MS word (pneumatic symbols). Does any know if such things exist for MS word? If not what is the best software that I can use to draw pneumatic circuits.

I wouldn’t recommend using MS Word for drawing pneumatic diagrams. There is an old adage that says you will do less work if you use the right tool for the job. MS Word is a great word processor, but a lousy drawing tool. I would recommend using AutoCad, as there are many free downloads of pneumatic symbols for building schematics. If you want to stick with a Microsoft product, you might want to consider MS Visio.

I agree with nornrich,AutoCad or MS Visio are good choices. Using MS word for your purpose is like driving a railroad spike with a tack hammer.

I agree with all of you. However the problem I face is that AutoCad is not as transportable as MS word OR Visio. Do you know of any Visio pneumatic templates?

MS Visio 2003 comes with a Fluid Power library that is designed to layout and build pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
