Point on wave switching for Power Transformer

I am currently working on a project that requires the use of the SNEMO Synchroteq II for switching of a 132kV power transformer high side circuit breaker. Can anyone please provide any links/documentation regarding point on wave switching as applied to power transformers? Thanks!

 
I don't know what the requirements of SynchroteqII commutator are. If you'll get the link
[in French!] you'll see that this controller intends to synchronize High Voltage Breakers. That means no need resistance at commutation and improving the wave quality decrease the breaker contacts effort.
Further, they explain the Synchroteq is an improved development of old ICOS.
The ICOS controller is detailed and Instruction Book is available here, but not really for Synchroteq II.
I think that synchronize meaning is to close the breaker contacts close to the time when the voltage wave [approximate sinusoidal] passes through point 0[u(to)=0].
The transformer supplied by means of this breaker gets a minimum inrush current at this point. In order to understand the transformer inrush current you may see:
