Poisson's Ratio Composites

hello everyone, i have all the composite allowables and properties except the Poissions ratio. how would you estimate this and input in your femap property . For a Plainweave epoxy and a honey comb core .

there is composite data in Composite Materials Handbook, CMH-17 Volume 2 (purchase at sae.org).
for fabric CFRP use nu = 0.06
for core, use nu = 0 (the in-plane properties of h/c core are not significant or important, just want to avoid numerical issues). core properties have been discussed here before.
