Polyisocyanurate foam

Does anyone have any experience with polyisocyanurate foam used in a structural application? Say for a substrate with a cementatious coating applied on top for a wear surface. I can not find any data pertaining to this, and am concerned with the foam compressing over time. I have not nailed down the density of foam as of yet, but somewhere in the 2-4 lb/cu.ft range.

It has recently started being used as the core of composite panels used for passenger train floors. Outer skins of fiber reinforced phenolic.

Take a look at the Fast, high quality installation. They use 1 1/2" gypsum cement. They are lot of self leveling cement products on the market.

A lot depends on the thickness of the cementitious coating. PIR foams usually don't have problems with compression set but constant flexing may results in loss of thickness due to cell fracture. What do you mean by structural, how is the foam supported on the bottom side?
