I am looking to understand how polyols are made and blended with surfactants and/or amines so that they can be used in the making of polyurethane foams or coatings. Are the specific polyol materials blended together from generic type polyols, off the shelf surfactatns and amines?....or are they made in small batches formulated special for the customer. Please be my mentor on this!
