I am specifying fibre reinforcement in well-restrained slender beams. The beams are 62mm wide by 125mm deep with no room for links.

Is there any information about the performance of such additives and how they behave? I need to check cracking and deflection.

You cannot rely on pp fibres for structureal purposes. If applicable, you might consider designing on the basis of plain concrete. I've never done it, but you might consider steel fibres in lieu of reinforcing, but check into it first.
