We've been seeing some deterioration of polysulfone fluid handling fittings used with Antifrogen N systems and other liquids containing corrosion inhibitors. Failure usually is by cracking and flaking of the material, especially under stress. I -guessing- it's caused by chain scission- maybe some salt splits the polymer chains in two. Has anyone else had a similar problem? Does anyone know which particular corrosion inhibitors need to be avoided with polysulfone?
Thanks much,
Jeremy
