Which is the common accepted maximum design temperature for PUF insulation material to be used in a Pipe in Pipe sealine? Is it possible to use up to 110 °C or even more? Thanks

PU foam max. temp. is 100-120 deg.C, depends on quality.
So I should say it´s acceptable.

Do you mean design temperature of the foam, or design temperature of the pipeline?

Assuming that you are selecting the foam on the basis of pipeline maximum operating temperature, a typical maximum quoted for wet service moulded PU is 115 deg C (ref SPE 131618 ExxonMobil). Therefore, it suggests that a dry service maximum for PU foam could be higher. However, any rated temperature should be demonstrated by appropriate qualification testing.

I mean the maximum temperature above wich PUF is commonly used. The temperature above which the PUF can have insulation problem and material structure degrade.
