Polyurethane Foam? 1

Hi,
I'm doing a bit of research but unfortunately haven't been able to find a simple answer to this question.
What are the key components in Polyurethane Foam? I realize that foam is made up of different monomers to make the polymer but I'm still a bit confused.
Any help would be appreciated!

Polyurethane foams are usually made by the reaction of a polyol with methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) or toluene diisocyanate (TDI). Take a look a the following link
