Portable Med. Ventilator with digital/analog interface in/out

Hi all,

well the title a bit wierd but its worth a shot

I'm looking for a medical ventilation machine that has the followig features:
1) Portable
2) Min ventilation volume of 200mL
3) Has in/out ports for interfacing with other equipment for syncing (doesn't matter if digital/analog)
4) Can operate at high frequency oscillation ventilation (HFOV) up to 900BPM or 15Hrz (Optional)
5) Can work with mediums other than clean air (i.e. liquids) (Optional)

If anybody heard or seen something that might be it...
Any relevant info will be appriciated!
