From adhesive manufacturer's instructions, I know tensile strength of it. But how should I calculate the tensile capacity of post-installed reinforcement? Outer surface area of embedded reinforcement x tensile strength of adhesive?

American Concrete Institute (ACI)318 has methods for converting that information, plus hole size, plus insert properties, plus concrete strength, plus edge distance, plus spacing into a tensile load. I might be forgetting some parameters. And I'm not sure you're where ACI applies.
But what everyone does is to go to the manufacturer's software (Hilti, Simpson, DeWalt), enter the applicable data and presto, get an allowable load.

As Jed points out, there are a lot of factors that can affect the capacity.

Multiplying surface area of the reinforcement by the tensile strength listed would the the maximum capacity you might achieve, but it could easily be less.

You are looking at the wrong table. What you need is the design information/tables for the anchor system using that adhesive. See the example here. Link
