Does anyone have a recommendation for a good "fundamentals of ..." book for Post Tension concrete design? I have done a bit of concrete design light commercial structures and am wanting to learn more about post tension design for an upcoming project. I have the Post Tension Design Manual. On Amazon the "Post Tensioned Concrete: Principles and Practice, Third Edition" by Bondy seems like the front runner, but I don't see a lot of other options to compare to. Is this a good book for a beginner engineer to learn from? Any other recommendations. Thanks for the advice.

Bondy is good but Bijan's latest offering is my recommendation: There are books that are better for fundamental theory and some folks here will object to the north american methodologies presented in the two books recommended so far. My interpretation of your question, however, is that you want the best book available to get you up to speed for application to real design problems in the US. Body and Bijan are perfect for that.

There's a pdf version as well that's a bit cheaper. I like it because you can Ctrl-F search it.

#@$%#$@!!! I bought hard copy and would WAY rather have PDF. Wanna trade? I'll throw in an HP32S?

I like to debate structural engineering theory -- a lot. If I challenge you on something, know that I'm doing so because I respect your opinion enough to either change it or adopt it.
