Post tensioned concrete floors?

This is my first time to collaborate on this form. Here is my problem:
I’m interested to use post tensioned concrete floors in practise and I have no idea where to start. Can you suggest me some useful links, *.pdf or other literature to start with. I’ll be pleased with any information.

I would contact a local structural engineer familiar with local practices, labor, methods, and materials and do the first couple jobs with them looking over your shoulder.

PT is tricky if you haven't done it before.
