I appreciate your help in advance if any of you can provide me with pieces of information regarding my question about post weld heat treatment,

Let me describe my question as follows:

Is there any need to utilize post weld heat treatment for NACE qualified materials for both plant piping and pipelines apart form wall thickness consideration?
