Got one of my CAM users asking this question and I am not that familiar with CAM. So if the answer to these is yes if you could give us basic details to get started it would be appreciated.

NX 7.5.5
1) Is it possible to post multiple parts using multiple work offsets?
2) Can I keep one tool in the work on all parts?
I assume question 2 depends on a positive answer to quesiton 1.

It all depends on the Post and if it outputs the Fixture Offsets from the Machine Coodinates.

On the MCS (Machine Coordinate System ) you an specify the Fixture offset. You can have as many MCS objects as you need.
Use the desired MCS for the operations you want to have for a specific Fixture Offset.
