Potiential of grounding grid

Hi everybody!
I met a problem concerning the potiential of grounding grid.
Could anybody help me to determine the potiential of grounding grid ? Have any useful method to solve this problem?

Maximum potential, V, usually occurs during a fault with high current,I. The size of the ground grid and the resistivity of the material surrounding the grid will determine R. IEEE 80 mentioned above is an excellent reference for substation ground grids.
