Is pilot assisted MHO relaying enough for voltages over 230kv? I have this theory that a high impedance zero sequence fault (such as from the tower material) may not pick up Zone 1 or Zone 2 relaying, even if a quad is used, but may still draw enough current to exceed the system critical clearing time. K0 nonewithstanding.
