power generator help

hi, does anyone have worked with power generators for audio applications? i need to know how much to derate a generator when working above 2600m altitude and some tips about generators when in audio applications

You might do better to post this question in the Electric Power Eng. group, or the Electrical/Electronic Eng. Other Topics group. Some of those who would be more familiar with audio will not necessarilly look at this Motors and Controls group because it has nothing to do with their specialty.
