Power quality_CBEMA Curve

Dear Friends,
I know that ITIC and CBEMA curves are designed for 120V systems.
Some pQ meters (units) have these two build in which you can chose them to record and charactrize the sag levels.

Does this mean that these curves can not be used for 600,480,380 or other voltage levels?
if not how can they be used?

The Curve and this Application Note are applicable to 120V nominal voltages obtained from 120V,
208Y/120V, and 120/240V 60Hz systems. Other nominal voltages and frequencies are not specifically
considered and it is the responsibility of the user to determine the applicability of these documents for such
conditions.

Some CBEMA curve are published in percent of voltages for more generic applications as shown below.
