Power spring/clock spring

Hello all,

I am currently developing a product and im considering the possibility of using a power spring in the design. I cant seem to find much information regarding power springs. Basically im after information on the practical limitations regarding size, manufacturing, torque etc. I have worked out i need to produce 20Nm of torque but im not sure if this is possible.
Any pointers in the right direction would be muchly appreciated.
