Hello.

This is a question for Transformers manufacturer. It is possible to design a power transfomer elevator for a voltage of 11 / 400 kV and a power of 60 MVA or having 11kV at primary and for this power the secondary has the limit of 220 kV?.

Any data from IEC Std. related to typical voltage ratio MV / HV and related power for these voltages??.

Huh??? What is a "power transformer elevator"? Generally you can get anything you are willing to pay for.
 
I suspect that "elevator" is a bad translation of "step-up".

I agree that you should be able to get anything you want, certainly 60 MVA at 220 kV is feasible. Check with the transformer manufacturer.
 
60 MVA 220 Kv 3 phase step up or generator transformer is quite feasible and once upon a time 63 MVA was quite popular with 50 MW thermal units.Well 60 MVA 3 phase 400KV is slightly unusual but feasible to manufacture.The problem is small conductor to be handled at 400 kV.But designers have many alternatives to achieve the desired characteristics.The smallest 220 KV transformer ever came across by me was 16 MVA 3 phase .
 
With an unusual transformer such as a small 400kV design you should be careful when selecting manufacturers. There are probably five or six with the experience to do this, plus a few who might be able to do it and would use your transformer to find out if they can. [wink]

I was once in the market for a small transformer and was told by a manufacturer that there is a minimum size conductor that they will use for physical strength reasons. The minimum practical size was based on the voltage and the minimum wire size. I don't remember the minimum size, just that our project was canceled. Our budget would not cover the minimum practical size 230 kV transformer.
