Hi everyone. Thank you for taking a moment to read my question.
I am setting up an FEA/CFD model of a high-power LED/PCB/heat sink/ambient assembly. Considering the tiny geometries and large thermal gradients in such an assembly, I would rather not try to model the geometry and materials myself. Do LED companies (Nichia etc.) provide thermal models of their LEDs? These models wouldn't necessarily need to be geometrically accurate, as long as they thermally-behave like the real thing. Does anyone know a source for such models?
Thank you.
