Precast Erection with Mobile Gantry Cranes

Hi,
For large precast housing scheme which consists of many repetitive small height buildings, Is it feasible to use Mobile Gantry Cranes(on wheels) for erection of precast elements rather than conventional mobile cranes? Will it save time? Does anyone has this type of experience?
