I'm an Italian structural engineer involved in a project in which I have to design some precast foundation plinths. I was wondering which are the codes used in the US for this elements. Thanks.

The International Building Code is probably the most recognized. If you are designing precast concrete it's ACI 318 along with PCI MNL 120.
