Hello

What are the precautions(against the induced currents in the armor) that should be followed while glanding single core armored cables inside a panel? In this particular case, there are 12 cables in total, 3 for each phase and neutral. The cables are AWA, gland plate used is also Aluminum, and gland earthing is done only on the source side. Have we missed out on anything else?

On the load end the armour or metallic screen should be insulated or isolated to prevent the voltage induced in the armour from causing circulating currents.
If this is not done then the cable should be derated. See your local code.
