ANSI A92.2-2001 (vehicle mounted aerial lifts) states that stress calculations must account for dynamic loads but does not require a particular method to be used to calculate the dynamic loads.
Devising a complicated method is easy (which I have already done), but I am hoping for something a lot simpler. Is there a "common practice" or "preferred method" to calculating the dynamic loads?
