Preferred curved eave detail with attention to water

Hello guys,

A detailing question; What is your preferred way of detailing the eave (intersection of the cladding and the roof) in a regular metal building considering rainwater behaviour?. I attach some examples of what i'm talking about.

I have seen many details and I haven't given it much thought, but this time there is a big roller door (4.2 m height) on the side without any overhang, so I would like to give it a second thought and get your opinions, given that the owner says the door itself will be always open by default (a design input not initially considered). Currently the idea is a continuous sheeting top to bottom with flashing at the bottom (to the slab) and also around the frame of the roller door (door which is slightly offset from center to inside (leaving a 30cm offset between the metal panel sheeting and the roller door). The wind blows predominately to the outside.

What are your thoughts?

Stay away from internal gutters! Sealing nightmare.

Detail OK, just be sure that curved section is installed shingle fashion and that butyl tape is used between the sheets at the joints. Crimping of curved sheet will cause water to slow and will create problems of waterproofing at the sheet terminations along the eave.
