I have a residential project that uses Premier SIP panels for the walls in CA seis. design cat D.
My question is related to the attached ESR reports for Shear capacity.
The report does not state if the values are nominal or ASD.
If they are nominal I would reduce the values by .5 to get ASD capacity, correct? Per 2015 SDPWS 4.3.3.
There is another ESR 4524 for design categories ABC but I can only upload 1.
I have a email into Premier but would like the answer a little quicker.

Thank you,

Conditions of use in the ESR report you sent number #7 indicates the values in the table are Allowable, the table is called Allowable Loads.
