Presentation Video Part Callout/Identification

I'm very new to Inventor and we are primarily using models and assemblies to make assembly videos of the parts. Is there a way to show the ID of each part as it is assembled?

My apologies for being a newb but trying to learn.

Like text on a flat, that moves as the part moves?
Never seen that done with Inventor.
Can you do it post-rendering with your video-editing software?
