Pressure dependent yield as tabular data ?

Hi,

I want to define an elastoplastic material in CAE. The yield strength is dependent on the confining pressure.

I have the stress vs. strain curves for different values of the confining pressure. Could someone please suggest me if there is a way to define different plastic tabular data sets for different values of confining pressure.
