Good Afternoon:
In researching the design of pressurized septic systems, several references to a paper/book called: "Design of Pressure Distribution Newtorks for Septic Tank-Soil Absorption Systmes, Richard J. Otis, 1981" keep surfacing.

I have spent a fair amount of time looking to purchase this reference, but I can't find it anywhere on the internet. I would appreciate any help in locating this material.
