Can Bernoulli's Law be used to calculate changes in saturated steam pressure with elevation changes? Unlike other compressible gases, as the saturated steam pressure and temperature fall, portions of the steam change to liquid water. Not sure how to assess this.

For most gases on the surface of the earth the elevation change term in the Bernoulli equation can be ignored. The elevation term (h) is for liquids. With steam, if it is saturated, the heat gain loses can be most important. The Bernoulli equation is mostly for mechanical energy, not heat energy.

The Bernoulli rulls are for liquid not gases. You can use the steam in a vertical or horizontal with grade up pipe. There is no pressure or temperature losses more then a horizontal pipe. The only thing you need to do is make sure the lower point of the pipe will be automatically and constantly drained from water. We usually take the steam pipe to a separator higher then the field in order to avoid the pump pumping the water out of the separator.
