Pressure loss through heat exchanger

Not sure if i have enough data to tackle this one. I have a 1" pipe with water at 60 psig going into a heat exchanger. The heat exchanger discharges water at a flow rate of 20 gpm. I am unable to access the heat exchanger, but i know its there. How do i determine the pressure at the discharege of this heat exchanger.
The goal is to discharge this into a pipe with about 5 psi but i need to determine if there is enough pressure to overcome a head difference and the 5 psi for the other pipe. will also need to check and see if the flow rate will be restriceted to a point that the heat exchanger will not be effective. any tips?
trying to get access to fathom but not sure i could properly set this up on there.

You have to obtain some details concerning the heat exchanger to make some type of pressure drop calculation. I would assume that Kern could provide the necessary dP calculations.

You will need to know if the water you have is on the tube or shell side of the unit.

20 GPM through a 1" pipe has a velocity of about 7.4 ft/sec and 10.9 psi / 100 ft (per Crane 410)

For me this is on the high side.

You are missing some key information to proceed further.

What is the purpose of the exchanger?
Using water to heat or cool something?
Heating or cooling the 20 GPM of water you have?

the water is on the tube side and oil side. Here are the temperature readings i took: T1W=56F, T2W=74, T1Oil=140, T2Oil= 120.

 
ok, might have cleared things out in my head. if the heat exchanger has a pressure drop of X then the flow out will be 20 gpm through the 10LF 1" pipe. So all i really need to know is the pressure that is required to flow 20 gpm of water through the 1" pipe. This seems really low but 1.6 psig will give me that flow. so the heat exchanger has a pressure drop of about 58 psig

guessing this thing needs to be cleaned out
