Pressure measurement during vaccuum degassing

Hi there.

I don´t really know much about instrumentation on secondary refining so I need some help.

What kind of pressure sensor is used to measure it at the Vaccuum degasser facilities?

I know pirani, but it´s very sensible to temperature, so it is probably not.

We are thinking about something that works at pressureslow as 0,5 mbar and 1900 K.

Any help?
