As shown in your other (more basic) inquiry about the basic piping terms and definitions, ANSI 300 "pound" is NOT a "pressure" that can be used to select a pump, flange, or pipe wall thickness.
It is a "definition" of a class of different fittings (of different thicknesses and diameter!) that are welded to pipes to create pipe spools and assemblies that can withstand different internal pressures at different temperatures and when made of different material.

You should share all the data you provided to the pump vendor who recommended the pumps for you. So, we knew better what's the design conditions for your project.
I thought the data should include more requirement than just ANSI #300 pressure rating. On the other hand, if this vendor proposed a pump with only the pressure rating info, you should look for other vendors who can ask for the adequate questions in order for recommending a right pump for the project.
