Pressure sensor with approximately 100 psi working range, but 10,000 psi proof pressure.

I am in need of a pressure sensor that can accurately (within +/- 5 psi) measure pressures within the 0-200 psi range or so, but have a proof pressure that is >10,000 psi. Does something like this exist off-the-shelf?

We tried using this, but we found it wasn't accurate enough in the range we cared about (0-200 psi). We need accuracy on the order of +/- 5 psi or so.

This is for a 10,000 psi hydraulic pump.

The industrial pressure transmitters read fairly well with large turn-down and can take 10,000 PSI.

The Honeywell STG79L has a maximum span of 10,000 PSI but has a turn-down of up to 100:1. Its Maximum Allowable Working Pressure (MAWP) is 10,000 PSI

For 50:1 turndown with a range of 0-200 PSI over the 4-20mA output, the calculated accuracy at reference conditions is ±0.45% of span for turndown and potential 0.17% of span for 50°F temperature effect above/below reference. Figure about ±1 PSI.z The gauge pressure spec sheet has a document #34-ST-03-102.

These kinds of transmitters are not fixed range, they need to be configured for a specific output range, The task of configuring an output range requires either
- an optional keypad and display (availability is vendor dependent) so that you can range it
- the wherewithal to configure it with HART (handheld communicator or software and modem)
- have the vendor range it for you

Other brands are likely similar in their offerings.
 
There are many differential pressure sensors available that can read to inches of water but can operate at very high pressures. All pressure sensors are really differential pressure sensors. But if something is called "only" a pressure sensor, it implies that it is measuring a pressure relative to the pressure outside of the casing, in which case there is no need for the casing to be rated higher than the sensor. So look for differential pressure sensors.
