pressure settings in chilled water system

Please describe me pressure settings in chilled water system piping network for the below.
1)Makeup water line.(Reilif valve,PRV)
2)Expansion tank.
3)Primary & secondary pumps

Makeup water setting should be static head to fill the system plus 5 or 10 psig so it will vent the air. This is system specific

Expansion tank pressure depends upon fill pressure and system operating pressure. This is system specific.

Primary/secondary pump heads depends upon system pressure drops. This is system specific.
